Board Meeting
January 19, 2012


Meeting called to order at 7:40 pm.
Attendees: Jacob Miller (President), Ryan Ray (Vice-President), Jonathon Eldridge (Board Member), Noelle Tolar (Treasurer), Tim Rogers (Board Member), Martin Stinson (Community Association Management Representative), Tommy Rose, Tami Day, Joe Day.
Treasurer's Report: Reserves: $20.000.00, General Funds: $9,229.76, Total Bank Balance: $29,229.76.
Management Company: Martin discussed the benefits of Community Association Management managing our neighborhood's covenant violations and accounting. The board unanimously agreed to move toward the use of a management company.
Board: Tommy Rose joined the board. Joe Day is considering joining the board. May still need a fifth volunteer. Jacob and Ryan to step down from their positions at the annual meeting. Jon will move up to the position of President and Noelle will become Vice-President. 
Pool: Repair to skimmer line to begin Monday, January 23, 2012.
Issues: 1000 Makin exposed cable has been repaired. Drainage issue at the Campbell's residence has been referred back to the owner for legal counsel.
Budget: Adjustments made to accommodate needs.
Facebook: Business page (or tab) to be created. Petition will be sent out to small business owners in the community to donate door prizes. 
Meeting adjourned at 10:33 pm.
Annual meeting to be held on Thursday, January 26th at 7:30 pm in the Hemby Bridge Elementary School cafeteria. 
Next board meeting to be held on Thursday, February 17th at 7:30 pm in the clubhouse.
