Pool & Common Areas
Hours of Operation:
If you are renting the clubhouse and would like to use the pool the following fees & rules apply. A $75 refundable deposit is required. This deposit is for the pool, the clubhouse fees apply as well.
Extra Lifeguards:

All common areas by the pool close @10PM. Please make sure that you inform your kids and their friends. Unless you are renting the clubhouse anyone down at the common areas after 10PM is considered trespassing.
