Clubhouse                                                                                                

The Bent Creek clubhouse is home to our community events.  In previous years we have had Easter Egg Hunts, Neighborhood Pool Parties, Fall Festivals, and Breakfast with Santa.  The Board of Directors holds their monthly meetings here as well.  The clubhouse is also available for private events to residents of Bent Creek. 


Clubhouse Rental Procedures

1. Check our Event Calendar Page for availability.
2. Email tamiday22@yahoo.com with your desired date.
3. Fill out the Clubhouse Rental Agreement Form.
4. Submit form and $175 refundable deposit check to 1006 Onotoa Drive. There is no additional fee for use of the pool.  However, lifeguard fees will apply, see "Pool" page.)
5. You will receive an email confirmation of your reservation.
6. $50 fee is to be paid at the arranged time for key pick up.
7. The clubhouse will be clean and in good repair upon arrival.
8. Please notify the clubhouse liaison of any issues immediately.
9. Clean the clubhouse and restrooms after use.
10. Return the keys to 1006 Onotoa Drive at the arranged time.
11. Your deposit check will be returned to you within 48 hours when property is found to be clean and in good repair.

While email will be the most prompt response, you may call the clubhouse volunteer, Tami at 704-293-6582  in urgent situations.

*Please be considerate of your neighbors!  Union County has a Noise Ordinance in effect at 11pm.  Residents may call 911 to report any issues.
